Your photos. Your choices.

Delete your data.

SnapNail has no account to close. Your local journal and photos contributed during the beta are separate. Here’s how to manage each.

1. Delete your journal on this device

Open You → Photos & privacy → Delete my local data in SnapNail and confirm. This removes local photos, check-ins, reports, logged moments, comparison data and app settings, and cancels local reminders. This action cannot be undone in the app.

Device backups may contain earlier copies. Manage those separately in iCloud or Google backup settings. Local deletion does not cancel a store subscription or remove photos already contributed to beta training.

2. Request deletion of contributed beta photos

Email techxplay@gmail.com with the subject SnapNail beta photo deletion. Include:

Send the request before deleting your local journal if you need it to find the scan times. We store contributed photos without an account identifier, so dates alone may not identify a photo uniquely. We may ask for limited additional information to match your request; we will tell you if we cannot reliably identify your photos. We do not ask for your password, government ID or payment card.

Contributed beta photos are retained for no longer than 24 months under the beta policy. A deletion request concerns identifiable retained source photos; it cannot promise to reverse an already completed model-training run.

3. Other privacy requests

Use the same contact for access, correction, consent withdrawal, analytics-related questions or other privacy requests. Tell us what you want to manage without including unrelated sensitive information. We respond in accordance with applicable law and explain any identification limits or records that must be retained.

4. Manage subscriptions and tracking

Deleting data or the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings. On iPhone, manage tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, manage the advertising ID in your device’s Google settings.
