A little help
with your next step.

My scan looks unclear.
Use soft, even light, show the backs of your fingers and keep your hand still. Keep the same hand, distance and angle when you return. A failed check-in does not count toward the app’s daily photo limit.
Why can’t my photos be compared?
The app needs a usable view of the same hand. Lighting, angle, polish, coverings or trimming may limit the comparison. When evidence is insufficient, it should tell you instead of inventing progress.
What does the score mean?
A photo grade is an estimate of visible nail appearance, not proof of whether you bit your nails or a medical assessment. Use it alongside your own photos and daily reports. Results vary with photo quality.
Are there charges during the beta?
Every feature is free during the public beta. You must actively choose a store purchase if paid plans become available later. An existing subscription purchased previously must still be managed through the store.
I bought Pro but it is locked.
Open You → SnapNail Pro → Restore purchases using the same store account that made the purchase. Pending payments unlock after confirmation. If it still fails, email us with your app version and the store used; do not send payment details.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Use Apple’s subscription settings or Google Play’s subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel. Refunds are handled under your store’s policy.
How do I delete photos and journal data?
Delete local data in You → Photos & privacy. Beta training photos need a separate request. Follow the data-deletion instructions.
My reminders don’t arrive.
Check notification permissions, your chosen reminder times, and your device’s Focus or Do Not Disturb settings. Reminders are optional and can be changed in the app.
Can I move my journal to another phone?
There is no account-based cloud sync. Device backups may restore app data depending on your settings; keep a separate copy of photos you need before changing phones.
